Corporate trauma is the emotional, psychological or physiological harm that results from interactions and experiences in the workplace. It's a byproduct of the structures and systems created by capitalism-without-consciousness, and it's woven into the very fabric of our society. We’re taught from an early age to take part in a cycle of fear, anxiety, competition, isolation and threat, and to carry it from the school environment into our work environments. As a culturally pervasive phenomenon, corporate trauma influences the way we work, warping our ability to trust ourselves and those we work with, and it can get in the way of our progress and erode our sense of self-worth.
As a leader, you’re in a position of impact. That’s true whether you work for a corporation or you’re forging your own path as an innovator or entrepreneur. You have a chance to do things differently. To define your own personal vision for success. To think about not just what you want to achieve, but how you want to achieve it. This is your opportunity to heal the cycle of corporate trauma, make a meaningful impact and create a new legacy.
My approach to coaching helps you break the cycle of corporate trauma and promote healing and growth from within. It's a transformative process that begins with self-reflection – to think about not just what you want to achieve, but how you can achieve it. Sure – we look at your goals to identify what you want to achieve and a pathway for getting there. And then we dig deeper to explore the issues and questions that can help you do things differently.
Whether in a group or one-on-one, our work begins with a process of exploration to identify what’s most important to you. As your coach, I use a combination of tools and techniques learned through extensive coaching training and my own experience in leadership, including:

My whole-person approach to coaching helps you make space for innovation – to create the change you want to see, become the kind of leader you envision and leave a meaningful legacy.
