Let’s defy the default. Welcome to a different way of building a business—where strategy is regulated by your nervous system, your brand is something you embody, and your marketing actually feels like you.
I help coaches, healers, and creative leaders create brands that are alive, congruent, and profitable—without contorting themselves into someone else’s template. My work blends somatics, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and generative trance with sharp brand strategy, positioning, and offer design.
The result: a business that fits your body, a message that lands, and an enrollment process you can trust. This isn’t “more hacks.” It’s the structure and spaciousness to build something true—and make money doing it.
You’ve built a good business by muscling through. You can do most things yourself—and you usually do. But the brand you’re wearing doesn’t feel like the one you’re living. It’s polished, not present. Loud in places, quiet where it matters. You’re posting, launching, delivering… and still sensing a gap between the work you do and the way it’s received.
Lone wolf, not by choice. Years of self-reliance made you capable—and a little isolated. You’ve outgrown templates, “proven” scripts, and the performative online act. You want language that’s clean and true, offers you can stand in, and a marketing rhythm your nervous system can actually hold.
We put your body back in the brand. We regulate first, decide second. We refine your positioning, belief statements, and offers so they fit your capacity—and your market. We replace scattered tactics with a simple cadence you can keep. Sales becomes consent-based invitation, not pressure.
Before → After (what this work feels like)
You commit and follow through—even when it’s uncomfortable.
You want direct feedback and you’ll iterate in public.
You want a clean plan, a regulated pace, and a room of peers who are actually building.
Depth, integrity, and results matter.
You choose resonance over noise.
My bold, unique approach goes well beyond typical mindset work. I’ve found that much deeper transformation is possible when we work more directly and consistently with the whole body. So I weave this cutting-edge somatic work with nervous system regulation and intuitive guidance to create a truly custom container for my clients. I’m not about following the rulebook. Whether it’s tailoring a session on the fly or integrating multiple modalities like breathwork, generative trance, and inner child work, I meet you exactly where you are with exactly what you need.
The relationship to self cascades into every other part of life, and through my practice, I help men build that foundation. It’s this kind of bold, unapologetic compassion that sets me apart, empowering clients to break free from old patterns and create a life of authenticity, power, and deep connection.
I’ve always been a natural at making others feel safe, met, and held—even as you are challenged to trow. I balance fierce accountability with unwavering compassion. I’m not afraid to challenge you, and I’ll call out your bullshit when necessary—but always with empathy and respect. I don’t avoid the hard truths—I’ll speak them with heart, creating a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself.
I’m firm but fair, and while the journey is yours, I’ll be right alongside you, holding you accountable to the growth you’ve committed to. At the end of the day, it’s your responsibility, and my role is to guide, support, and unleash your full potential.
Brotherhood is a committed, supportive, and authentic connection between men that transcends superficial bonds. It’s about creating a space where men can show up as their full, unguarded selves—without masks, competition, or judgment. In brotherhood, there’s a shared sense of understanding and a collective commitment to each other's growth, healing, and well-being.
In today’s context, brotherhood is also about redefining masculinity in a way that honors both strength and vulnerability. It challenges outdated notions of what it means to be a man by embracing emotional expression, empathy, and mutual support. For gay men, this means carving out a space where masculinity isn’t confined by traditional stereotypes and gender roles, but is instead celebrated in all its diverse expressions.
Brotherhood allows men to explore and reclaim their masculinity on their own terms, whether that means being assertive, sensitive, nurturing, or strong—all without the pressure to conform to society’s rigid expectations. It’s about fostering a sense of identity that aligns with who they truly are, not who they’ve been told to be.
This version of brotherhood offers a refuge from the performative aspects of both gay and straight cultures, providing a place to connect deeply, be vulnerable, and embrace the full spectrum of what it means to be a modern man today. It’s a space where men can lean on each other, navigate life’s challenges, and celebrate each other’s successes as equals—building a sense of belonging that is rare and powerful.
The pillars of my coaching framework are forged from both my personal transformation and years of training in multi-modality practices, refined through years of coaching others. These ten guiding principles—rooted in awareness, resilience, and self-leadership—aren’t just theoretical concepts; they are the backbone of how I’ve reclaimed my own life and built authentic brotherhood.
This is more than surface-level self-improvement. We go deep. We confront patterns, embrace discomfort, and rebuild from the inside out. These pillars shape how I work with you, helping you step into your full power, live unapologetically, and create meaningful, lasting connections.
You can’t change what you can’t see. This foundational pillar focuses on cultivating an understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It involves becoming conscious of the underlying motives for behaviors like people-pleasing and recognizing patterns that prevent deeper connections and authentic living.
Emphasizes the importance of allowing whatever is present for you to be present, without judgment, without pushing it away or bypassing. This pillar is about fully experiencing and embracing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, allowing them to move through you without getting stuck. No more bypassing or avoiding. It involves letting go of the tendency to add stories or recycle emotions, and instead, focus on allowing and releasing.
This pillar involves nurturing a kind and forgiving attitude toward yourself. It encourages positive self-talk and forgiveness, helping you heal from past self-criticism or negative internal dialogues that hinder your ability to form authentic relationships.
This pillar concentrates on deepening the understanding of who you truly are, beyond societal roles and external expectations. It involves exploring personal values, interests, and intrinsic qualities that make up your authentic self. This process helps in shedding facades and embracing the true self, crucial for building genuine connections and brotherhood.
This pillar involves developing the ability to distinguish between what is truly relevant to your own life and what is imposed by others. It helps in recognizing and rejecting unrealistic expectations or external pressures that undermine your authentic self and your ability to form meaningful connections.
This actually begins with Awareness, people will take what you’re willing to give. Boundaries are essential for protecting your emotional and physical space. This pillar teaches how to say no and establish limits that safeguard personal well-being and respect your needs. Healthy boundaries are crucial for maintaining deep, authentic relationships without feeling drained or resentful. Learn how to communicate what you are, and are not, willing to give.
Focuses on maintaining consistency between your internal values and external actions. This alignment fosters integrity and authenticity, reducing internal conflict and enhancing your ability to connect deeply with others. It's about aligning mind, body, and spirit.
Develops the capacity to recover from setbacks and persist through challenges without compromising your authenticity. This pillar enhances your ability to handle stress and adversity while maintaining a positive self-regard, essential for sustaining meaningful connections and brotherhood.
Encourages taking proactive control over your life, leading yourself towards goals and aspirations with confidence and autonomy. It involves making decisions based on your best interests, maintaining your dignity even in the hardest moments, and standing tall in your full power, which supports deeper connections and authentic living.
This pillar focuses on building the physical and emotional capacity to hold and embody your authentic self. It includes practices that enhance body awareness, nervous system regulation, resilience, and the ability to manage and integrate intense emotions and experiences. Techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness, and movement strengthen the connection between mind and body, enabling you to fully embrace and sustain your authentic life.
I never saw myself in the spaces I was supposed to belong. As a gay man, my sense of disconnect from the hypersexualized, party-driven “scene” as well as the mainstream masculine experience left me feeling isolated and unseen. The loneliness was suffocating, compounded by the realization that most men’s groups and personal development spaces were really exclusive, or “inclusive” in name only. I knew I couldn’t be alone in this. And I’ve come to find that other gay men also feel marginalized by a culture that doesn’t embrace our full humanity. So I decided it was time for us to build our own table.
That’s where my work began: driven by a passion to create a space for men like me, craving real connection, brotherhood, and healing beyond the confines of traditional “men’s work.” I’ve made it my mission to challenge the narratives that keep high-achieving gay men trapped in cycles of disconnection and self-doubt. My coaching is devoted to stripping away the layers of societal programming and personal fear, helping men tap into a deeper truth, not just within themselves but in how they relate to others. My coaching doesn’t just unlock potential—it unleashes it.
My journey isn’t only about what I’ve learned through certifications or techniques—though I have plenty of those and they are powerful. But it's deeply personal. From growing up poor to achieving success but in a toxic corporate world, I’ve been through it and done the hard work to break free. To claim my power and live a life fully expressed. Now I get to help others do the same.
Growing up closeted, battling internalized homophobia, and navigating a family dynamic that forced me into both caretaking and emotional isolation at the same time—taught me profound resilience and empathy nonetheless. And in addition to having a handicapped sister, and mother who experienced a near-death trauma, we were also poor. So I know what it’s like to live without, to dare NOT dream.
But then in 2006, I studied abroad and that limiting belief was utterly demolished. Suddenly I felt like anything and everything was possible; for the first time in my life I started to dream about a bigger future. A year later I had moved to NYC and started a successful marketing business, still booming 16 years later, purely on referrals. And while I’m proud of that success, the discontent I encountered in the corporate world—my own and that of others— set the stage for my next transformation.
Through extensive self-dev training and good hard work with the right support, I broke through the internalized homophobia and isolation I’d learned too well. I even found the courage to finally come out to my dad—the last person who really mattered—at the age of 38. I was convinced he would disown me, but to my astounding surprise, he accepted me unconditionally.
Thanks to my willingness to do the shadow work, to embrace the embodiment practices, and truly transform with top-notch support, I experienced a newfound freedom and the genuine connections I never thought possible. And this, I could not keep to myself.
When I began coaching in 2019, I brought to clients not only my extensive professional credentials—from somatic therapy and generative trance to trauma-informed coaching and ceremonial breathwork—but also my lived experience as someone who understands what it’s like to feel invisible, rejected, and stuck in a world that doesn’t seem built for you. I’ve been where my clients are now.
In a world that often asks gay men to settle for surface-level acceptance or conform to the expectations of others, I offer a radically different path: one of genuine belonging, profound personal growth, and the unfiltered freedom to live life on your own terms.
